600rwhp is the limit with cobras?!? I see a ton of members over on svtperformance with over 600rwhp on stock internals. I asked the same question over there a while ago and a member told me that the current record for a stock internal cobra is 1038 rwhp if I am not mistaken.
It was using the Hellion Kit.
*If you do the even flow head cooling mod, would that not take care of the #7 and#8 piston melting?

Well, I guess I'll just keep doing these effortless burnouts in which require absolutely no skill to perform for my own entertainment as well as the entertainment of those in which appreciate viewing them.
She certainly gets up and goes.
LOL Apparently so. It doesn't bother me any. I've learned that there will always be someone going against the grain.
I would automatically assume that the person performing the said act would already be well aware of the consequences of doing it. If that didn't bother them in regards to their own car, why the hell should it bother me? No skin off my back. ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
You're correct. The highest horsepower Terminator with a stock bottom end is 1038 RWHP, but like I stated previously, turbo's are far less harsh on internals because of the gradual build up of power versus a blowers instant torque which causes a lot more stress. This is also the exception. Consider that person the guy that won the $954,000,000.00 lottery. The chances are ridiculous, but someones got to win.
Anywhere above 600 RWHP and you're looking at hurting your motor.
Same here.
Believe me, I've told him the same thing multiple times. He says that he's on it.
You better believe that I've got one in my car.![Mr. Cool](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_cool.gif)
I have to agree with you there.

There's no need to do brake stands IMO. They're "retarded"

do make for a good vid. Burnouts are done in 2nd gear...no need to apply
the brakes at all...1.5 60's on drag radials are no problem.

You cut 1.5 sec 60' times but your worried about burnouts being hard on parts? Your not serious here are you?
What do you think is harder on the driveline, spinning the tires, or getting a 3500+ pound car(not sure what a Cobra weighs) to cover a 1/4 mile in 12 or less seconds?
