Youtube offered me revenue sharing for a video I made of my 01 Trans-Am WS6!!!

Its not as easy to scam as you would think but can be profitable. I have 7 or 8 videos all revenue shared with youtube, I figued why not? My rationale is that if they have approval to run ads against your video they have an interest in promoting that video as well to get more views. (which is better for me).
My videos get about 11,000 views a day on average but even some of the more popular ones I have were invited by youtube to be considered for revenue sharing then declined because the content wasn't family safe (street racing / running from cops). Makes sense its harder to sell ads against videos like that.
All in all each video makes between $2-$8 dollars per day for me, which if you do the math may be able to develop into a decent second income when I have 25 videos on there sharing revenue. Atleast I can dump that money back into Google adwords to push my DVDs
my account is www.youtube.com/superspeedersrob if you want to see what videos have and dont have ads against them. But at the end of the day its not a scam Google is able to make 100M selling ads against things they didn't own the rights to and in exchange give up 1% to the people who allow it.
