He didnt want to make burn out marks in his parents driveway... SO doing it halfway out on the public street was a GREAT alternative.

I really hope he isnt allowed to own another car for awhile. What if his brake failed and he launched it into a house across the street? Or what if that flywheel went through someones window and hit them? What a moron. I dont like to stereotype people that own certain models of cars...I get it enough with my 3rd gen...but Im starting to see a Neon pattern.
