Did some digging. Kids name is Drake Dixon... His dad is a songwriter, Dillon Dixon. Which probably explains his natural take to singing and music.
Randy Houser saw the video of the kid, and decided to put it into the actual music video...and Randy and the kid share the same birthday oddly enough haha. There's another video of the kid playin on the drums...and even though he's not really good, he does get some of the symbol hits and what not right. Entertaining to watch at the very least.
