If you have a 03/04 then you should know the answer, but if not I'll answer that for you. HELL YES! 99/01 Cobra's seem to be a little slower than Mach 1's stock for stock.

Those Cobra's make big power for not that much $ into them. AND they're probably the best looking Mustangs ever made in my opinion.

Ehhh.....The mach and 99/01 cobra's are virtually identical as far as engine goes, the only difference is the mach comes with SRA and 99/01's come with IRS.

Don't know where you're getting your info bud, but you may wanna check out your sources. I said they were "nearly identical", which they are. If you have a Mach 1, and care to prove your hypothesis, by all means, be my guest I'll be glad to hand you your ***.

Ok, my mistake I thought you meant EXACTLY identical which they're not. By the way you said the only differences really between the Mach and N/A Cobra is the IRS/SRA. There is a little more difference in the 2 than you make it out to be. Mach's have different heads/cam than the 99/01 Cobra and they have higher compression. The 5-speed Mach's also have a forged crank. And the gears are also different.

Lol, I know the differences, I'm just saying they're almost identical, VERY similar. The Mach is possibly slightly better in the 1/4, because of the SRA, but I personally have 4.10's, which make up for that I think.
