SEA FOAM Motor Treatment is a 100% pure petroleum product that safely and effectively cleans internal fuel and oil system components, helping your gasoline or diesel engine run cleaner and more efficiently. SEA FOAM is an EPA-registered product, and will not harm engine components, seals, gaskets, catalytic converters or oxygen sensors.
SEA FOAM liquefies gum and varnish deposits or internal engine contaminents, removing carbon deposits, freeing sticky valve lifters and rings curing rough idle, pinging and hesitation problems. By using SEA FOAM to eliminate varnish and carbon buildup, mechanics can more accurately diagnose mechanical problems that may exist. That is why Sea Foam has been so popular with professional mechanics for over 65 years.
As a fuel system additive, Sea Foam will clean fuel injectors, clean carbon, gum and varnish deposits, add lubricity to fuel, stabilize fuel for 2 years and control moisture.
As an oil system additive, Sea Foam controls moisture, gum, varnish and residue deposits.

I do this as regular maintenance on all of my cars every 30k miles.
Best was my old volvo which had 190k... it was a fun drive blinding the neighborhood.
Also my dads friend had a diesel 04 F350 with like 200k miles and the motor was gone, or so he thought, ran some sea foam thru it and it was good as new.
When i told a lot of my friends they all thought i was stupid for putting that in my motor but the before and after results were sick, as was the smoke lol i wish i took vids.
My volvos average MPGs went up by 3 all round the board, i had a 102k mile 240sx that after seafoaming began chirping second.
My GTO i did soon as it hit 30k miles but no smoke thankfully i mainly did it as preventative maintenance.

I do it to my car all the time. I use the whole can through the vacume hose that hooks to the intake. I have a canister made for it though. The faster you pour it in the more its gonna smoke. Its the same thing lube shops charge $69.99 for. "fuel injection cleaning"
your throttle response will be quicker, it will (could) get better fuel millage, ect.
here is a pic of the canister that lube shops use. this is an older version like the one i have.

here is a video of how it works.

Hope this helps.
Thanks, Jesse

i do 1/2 vacuum, 1/4 gas tank, then drink the last 1/4.

if i remember what i did onmy '96Z28 was 1/2 in the vacuum line while keeping it running(will want to stall) Then poured the last half of the can in and let it stall. This pools it up inside and allows it to break down the crap. Then 1/2 a can in the gas tank and 1/2 in the oil. Go around until the smoke is almost gone and then drained the oil and put in new stuff. The oil was clean before the SeaFoam and it was as black as can be after. I even sprayed a whole bunch of SeaFoam DeepCreep in the intake to clean out gunk in there. Just opened the T/B and sprayed it in. Same stuff as a can of seafoam but in a spray can. Car ran 10x's better afterwards and got better mileage. I'm gonna do this on my truck before long here
it's at 70k miles now so it's about time
