Did anyone see how low that air filter was. I understand beating on ur cars which most of us here are guilty of, but I mean why dont I just dump sand and water down my intake and drive it hard for 5 minutes. Or why don't I just strap some ******* dynamite to the thing while I'm working so hard to trash it. I'm sorry but what a waste.

Im not sure which part of this vid impressed me most. The fact that it didnt hydrolock...or the fact that the front axle shafts didnt snap....or the fact that the trans put up with that much abuse hahaha.
Im thinking a LITTLE bit of luck was involved in this working out so well haha.

The airfilter is as high as the intake is... there is absolutely nothing wrong with "Using" your lifted, loud ***, 4 wheel drive truck for what you bought and built it for... i see way too many SPOTLESS trucks riding thru town on 35in Nitto MudGrapplers, or interco TSL's.... all shiny and never even seen the mud.. much less having enugh grunt to turn the massive tires over with their 3:42 gears and stock with flowmasters and superchips truck! Kudo's to the owner of this truck! 4.8l of fury son! Sling them TATERS and **** the HATERS! its no worse than some D-Bag sittin and Burnin his tires at a redlight for all to see and hoop and holler at!

I guess to each their own, when I can afford a truck I'd never do anything like this, but it'd be more of a daily driver/towing/light off-road machine. However, that's just me. If this gets you going, go for it! Same as one person getting a Fbody and setting it up for pure drag racing, or a show car, or maybe a daily....it's all up to the person.
