I'm sure he will get an A, he has been writing his 60-80 page paper for his project. He's been a 4.0 student for the last 3-4 years. Most of the engineers in his class are slack jawed pot heads sent through school with mommy and daddy's money. He said most of them could care less about school and are just along for the ride.

Cool vid! Realistically though, I would expect a real centrifugal S/C with similar compressor wheel dimensions to make more power than that would. Turbos operate way more efficiently at higher rpms then S/C's.

Converting the turbo in to an S/C looked sweet. The engine it was on i think is why it diffident make more boost couldn't rev it up or pulley it right. It was a test engine at a college.. not a purpose built race engine. It sounded like it needed to be pulled up a little more and it would be much more effective.
