That SHO is moving for that heavy.

All the cars in the video are drool worthy.

Both cars have less than 500 miles. The Mustang is a 6-Speed manual with road race suspension and 19" wheels. The SHO is obviously an auto, lowered, on the stock 20's.

i like both of those new cars (5.0 buttstang and SHO) but i find it ridicules that the new mustang gt cost $34k starting... add all the bells and whistles your at 38-40k, for that you can buy a nice z06 or FRC. Now the SHO i kinda of understand why its expensive and ultimately they are trying to push the SHO in a more "luxury-sports car" much like the g series, but at the end of the day its still a Taurus. Either way im really surprised the SHO ran like it did, i expected it to be quick but not that quick id think that would compare to the g35 or maybe bmw 1 sereies in the quarter?

and im wondering if anyone is going to make a bigger turbo kit for those SHOs? Im wondering what the max boost you could put one of those through without building the bottom end.

We took both cars to the track. The Mustang ran 13.2 and the SHO ran 13.3 in 80 Degree heat with a horrible DA.

Not bad at all. What was the 60' for the mustang with the suspension mods?

It's setup more for cornering than drag racing and I think his best 60' was 2.0.

You can't compare new cars to used cars. That doesn't make any sense. Compare the pricing of the new Mustang GT to the new Camaro and they are right there in line with each other.

Regarding your "it's just a Taurus" comment...have you actually driven a SHO or a new Taurus? There is nothing "it's just a Taurus" about them. These aren't the cars from the 90's. They are very nice cars and they are well worth the money IMO.
