Theres a lot of ******** that do that **** to cars down in south beach. I have always thought that cars where I'm from are very distastefully modified.

Blacks= Big Rims/Flashy Paint/Sounds
Mexicans= Chrome/Flashy Paint/Sounds/Low-riders
Whites=Lifted Trucks/Off Road Trucks/Paint Clean/
Fbody Owners= Ready to kick *** with strong built engines, car looking clean etc. this would include some mustang owners as well.

what scares me the most is the stock brakes aren't equipped to stop those heavy of wheels and tires and the idiots are liable to run into you.etleast the ones i see drive slow hoping everyone sees their crackhead noggin peeping over the steering wheel.
