'86 T-Type Pics
Obviously garged it's entire life, i had to talk my friend out of selling it 15x in the last 5 years (two kids, works all the time you know how it goes lol) he would've taken 15k cash, car has over $35k invested in it. Entire drivetrain is built up including forged bottom end full roller and champion heads. forget the turbo size but it is HUGE, pulls up top like a freight train. All professionally installed from DYNOTECH in New Jersey.
Not only engine but the car also has a $6k stereo system in it that is completely steath with PPI & Kenwood rollout Nav/Dvd, false trunk floor and back panel at the trunk hinges all covered in factory GM black carpet. Even has 4 speakers in the bottoms of the front doors behind the factory carpet, truly incredible looking. two 10" PPI subs in an enclosure behind the panel and the rear 3/4 is dynomatted.
Still has the factory wheels at home. At atco 7 years ago under the old setup (pre Roller and Alk injection) car went 11.55 @127 with a 2.0 60' on those 17" Nitto DR's, had no traction for the first 100' or so. Car runs through the 3" exhaust, it has a regular dump but it's never been off. Gone are the days of the turbo dump after melting numerous wheels lol..
anyways, here's a few pics. btw thanks to Matt @ TuneTime Performance for allowing us to use a bay all day!

I'll post the pics of the other turbo cars he's had. The stable was quite impressive and included another '86 Silver T-Type (13k mi) that ran 11's on stock Engine/turbo, a 10k mi '87 GN with the atro-roof, '89 Trans Am Turbo 14k mi, and a GNX with 89 miles on it, it was #433. Car was a trailer queen 2owner he sold in '02.
