Mustang has a built 347 with i believe a 224 cam, maybe bigger and some edelbrock heads 3.73 gears headers exhaust, full drag suspension with air bag and some race clutch.... launching at 6 grand.

My times were 7.62, 7.65, 7.68 90.5 mph . In the 2nd run his time was a 7.81 88.5mph. 2nd race we launched within .010 of a second together, about as close as it gets!

I have mods in sig. With his new clutch he was having a hard time grabbing 2nd gear.. anyways onto the vid.

In the 2nd race how bad do you think i was pullin him in the end? i wonder how much it would have been in the 1/4, all we have is 1/8th mile within 4 hours here.

thanks man! I need to get this cam dialed in and then im considering some 3.73's. hoping theyd give me a little extra in the 1/8th. My goal is a 7.35 because im not putting a roll bar in a street car... lol. Next time i go out im gonna take off the stock torque management see if that helps improve at all.

im not sure if if went up or not. sure looks close though. i watched it frame by frame in the editor but couldnt be sure

hes changing to a billet steel flywheel from the aluminum. I wonder if thats gonna make a difference.. cant have him hangin with me off the line... lol
