I am not a mustang guru but wouldnt 03 cobra heads on an 01 N/A cobra motor drop the compression which would be the opposite of what youd want on a nitrous motor?

I agree, Nitrous loves compression.

Are the 03' heads better than the originals on the 01'? Maybe the 03's flow better so the power picked up outweighs the power loss from compression. Don't know anything about Cobra's btw.
