Is this a good price?

Its a 06 300 SRT8 with 35k miles and they're asking $24k, but they're willing to work it to $23,5k. I test drove it and love it and love the interior. It felt like a beast for such a huge car. The car is in pretty much mint condition. The only flaws I noticed were a little curb rash on the wheels and 2 little scratches on the rear door. By the way it's my favorite color for the 300c.

seems pretty reasonable to me.. Damn that would be a sweet daily driver.

That seems about what I would expect to pay for an identical Charger SRT8, so I'd go for it.

I would make them work a little harder to sell it. It's not a bad price but if they can go lower, its near the end of the month and if you tell them you will drive it off the lot today, they'll work it down more. Get them rolling with the deal then say your just not comfortable with the amount and act like you're leaving.

If there asking 24k and its a dealer I would start with 21k.
Try to end up at 22-22.5k they want your money.

Exactly. If you've only talked them down $500 you got some negotiating to do. As was said try and get 22k, but I'd be pointing out all the flaws and work it into the deal no matter what, I'd ultimately try and get to 20-21k.
