He got lucky, no skill involved. Idiot.

Not going to lie though, when I am turning right onto our little local highway I kick the tail out if the other lanes are at a red light. I don't do it if it could put anyone in danger. I wouldn't consider it stupid driving, but I also wouldn't argue if I got a ticket for it one day.

I like doing that also on this empty road on my way to class in the morning, it's always fun to kick the tail out when it's safe and you have the space and time.

^^^ exactly +2 on a empty road where I would only be endangering myself with no passengers. Plain and simple. But it would have been better if he would have hit the car, then we all would be putting an extra emphasis on the word "DUMBASS"
