So every time you see a crowd of people, you find the need to do a burnout and rev your engine? You must be the guy that drives by Dairy Queen 3-4 times a day and floors every time he sees people standing at the window waiting for their treat. It's not the people standing around, it's the morons that feels the need to show off their car in front of people. Burnouts/doughnuts/driving sideways down city streets are stupid regardless if there's people standing around.
