Looking at pictures of both their cars, and how Nero was taking pictures of SW's car last year, I would say they were copying UGR for sure. I'm not saying that's wrong though, that is how business works.

Waiting to see how thier cars hold up compared to UGR's, making big horsepower once doesn't mean ****. I don't think any of the UGR cars have broke yet, and they even come with a warranty.

 

 

^Exactly. Titan's kit looks almost identical to UGR's, while Heffner's is totally different.

No doubt Titan copied UGR but what exactly would it have proven if he raced SW's car? Theyre in two different classes. Its like racing a one speed bike against a 10 speed, yeah theyre the same basic vehicle but with totally different abilities. A race worth watching is the best vehicle made by both companies that are on somewhat level playing fields IE built motors.

Yup...Just watched it again and noticed how Nero says he's not familar with UGR's packages after KC calls Titan's a copy cat, yet last year he was taking pictures of SW's car It's one thing to copy someone else's **** and use it as a starting point, or copy it and admit it, but to copy it and then act like it was your's from the start just isn't right. Titan makes good ****, and Nero seems like a great guy, but their copy-cat stage one Lamborghini kit puts out the same numbers as UGR's stage one for $1000 less.

 

Titan knows more than UGR does. UGR actually has Proline do their engines for them. Titan races cars and has for years, if they want to beat them...they will.

 

I don't care who built what, I'll take any of them. Damn sweet!!

Honestly who cares? They aren't trying to reinvent the wheel. Mimicry is the best form of engineering. Build a similar product. Produce the same results for a lesser price. If Titan motorsports can do that they win. Also Titan has been in the Forced induction business longer than Underground racing has been from what I believe.
