Thats one bad motha-*****! I trained Kun-Tao for about 8.5 years(it's more like Jeet Kun Do, than any other martial art...in that it's designed to work! Lol). We train using short precise strikes aimed to eliminate the target and incapacitate whatever is hit, whether it's an ankle, knee, elbow, or chest! Most martial arts are designed as sport competion and that's why so many people laugh when they hear their enemy knows karate! It definately works...if taught properly and used properly. When going into any fight, whether it be a competition or a street fight...you have to go into it with the mind set that your opponent has the intent of killing you. As you can see in this video this guy uses power to his advantage and is aiming his power strikes at apecific areas, he's not a brawler! Martial arts has a bad rap, of being a waste of time for genuine self defense and that's because there are so many schools out there that only care about throphys. I don't know about you but for me trophys are cool but I would rather be able to protect myself first.

He's pretty good but KEN SHAMROCK when he was in ultamate fighter would probibly beat him. Shamrock was world champion for many years till he gave it up and went after wrestiling. You guys should see his vids and see his RAGE.

uhh......dude........ken shamrock did good back in the day when MMA/NHB was in its infancy because many competitors did not cross-train or know how to use the rules to their advantage...........ken was slightly ahead of his time in knowledge, but he is certainly not the "ultimate fighter"..........he left the sport when other guys were starting to enter the ring who were gonna put up some real competition for him.
he has recentaly come back to MMA/NHB and hasnt done to well against the current competitors (came back in 2000, and has lost 3 out of 5 matches)

MMA is badass. I actually got to hang out with Team MFS for a weekend last summer in Chicago when they were in town for Tony Fryklund vs Eugene Jackson at battleground. My friend (now bankrupt) organized the event. I worked for a promo company that set up the bar crawl promotion and after party for the fighters. Massive craziness occured that weekend. Lil Evil (Pulver) can drink like you wouldn't believe. Another fighter, who will remain nameless because you would all recognize his name, actually punched out a bouncer...and when the cops came, they asked for his autograph and told him to be good.
