Eric Curran ¦ Whelen Motorsports Corvette @ VIR Met up with the Whelen Motorsports team and set up the GoPro on the roll cage for some in-car video during the Grand-Am Bosch Engineering 250 at Virginia International Raceway.
Boris Said started the race in second place. Torrential downpour.
The windshield wiper broke less than thirty seconds after leaving the pits for the recon laps. Rain-X was their only defense against the rain. About an hour into the race there were a few cautions that allowed them to pit under yellow while staying on the lead lap. It took four stops to finally get the wiper fixed. On that stop Eric Curran got into the car while under yellow and had a few great fast laps on the restart. Here are his two best laps:

Very cool. Any idea what the **** to the right of where the factory a/c controls would be does that he starts twisting around 1:55 and again a few seconds later? And did he bump the Porsche not long after that?

It could be the Bias for the breaks. Im no pro but im pretty sure he is adjusting the breaks...
