Straight from the comments below that video..
So if that is still considered "stock" block record, id say he is still in the running for the most part..
Yep it has stock rod bolts and all bolts in the shortblock. It does have arp head studs and ls9 gaskets and stock 5.3 heads.

One is claiming stock shortblock the other is claiming stock longblock. The shortblock car appears to be a legit stock shortblock car with no "exceptions"
