I agree with the cops being all pumped up after the chase but...there were like 6 cops on the guy once he was on the ground and then 3 or more other cops came running up trying to get in their hits too! Thats a FAST way to get sued and lose your job! I am all for the use of force when needed but there is a point when it becomes excessive!

exactly! How many people have to swings? I seen one guy swing his batton when he was on the ground with like 4 cops already.

SWEET VID!!! After running him over the 1st & he jumps up I would have floored it & hit him.
And, if it were dragging my partner I would have shot the guy. That cop could have been dead really quick.
