How many miles did you have on yours? I had 130k before I started doing mods on it. Hurricane Katrina took her from me with 174k on the clock.

120,xxx. Was bone stock when I got it in 03. Just put a fresh opti, plugs wires and catback exhaust. Ran damn good, would chirp tires in second. Used to beat guys in the impala club that a tune gears and headers. Was great! Lol. Its got over 250k now. Think its due for a 6.0 swap.

You making me wish I still had mine

Don't put a 6.0 in it, keep the LT1 just stroke it out when the motor lets go.

Lol, I had wanted to sell it so many times. But I love the fat bitch.

The LS swap is still in the air. I do have a 50k LT1 out of a wrecked Roady sitting on a engine stand. My El Camino may get the LS first.
