AMS ALPHA 12 GT-R is on 93 octane and making 920WHP
UGR TT Gallardo is on C16 (lower boost map) making 1050whp
UGR car is also 500lbs lighter
The race is not cancelled its been postponed to October 1st
This will be an awesome race for sure and look forward to the killer coverage of the event.

I'll say it again, if it's from a dig, first one to cross the line wins, then the Gt-r is my bet. Look at the break down of 0-100km/h, the gt-r has it beat by a second. Then from 100-200km/h it's an even race. So the question is can the lambo make up a full second in the 200-300km/h leg of the race?
Who knows, but we'll see.

From the comments section of vide # 2
We have been flooded with emails and pm's. I wanted to clear some things up. From what we were told when the race happened the TTG was on its full boost 1500whp map. However we were also told upon inspection two spark plugs were "bad" I dont know what that means but nobody really knows the peak power the TTG was making. Also our ALPHA 12 owner didnt realize he could spin the motor to 8200 (where it makes peak power) and was shifting at 7000. The unlimited event will have both cars at 100%

Isn't that what the race is going to consist of? From a dig, first one to cross the mile mark wins. It's not like the Texas Mile events where it's just who has the highest mph wins, this is about who can run a mile the quickest.
According to another site I'm on, the record holder in Russia right now is an Evo that did it in the 23-24 second range with some UGR TT gallardos running it in the 26 second range.

IF both sides are telling the truth and making about 1200 awhp, with the lambo having less weight and a slippery skin shouldnt it be a no brainer? At very least shouldnt it be damn close?
What tires are they running on? Aren't the TTG's rims and tires alot wider? I just don't get how the GTR IF making the same power can win. Or at least win by more then a foot.
Prerequsite being that the drivers are both saesoned with high hp. Hearing that one is driving with 2 bad plugs( whatever the **** that means) and the other not knowing red line makes me nervous that the winner will be the people that are in these 2 drivers wills.
I definitely cant wait to see the resuplts!
