Ok, I was going to stay away from this but I can't. So, I've personally met, interviewed, gained confessions from, testified against, and watched nearly a dozen pedophiles go to jail and I'm here to tell that a preferential pedophile (one who prefers sex with children and actively seeks relationships with kids) will absolutely use cute teddy bears, cartoons, and other things kids like in order to gain their trust and ultimately molest them. So, joke or not this Pedo Bear thing (which I've never heard of till this thread) is pretty disgusting and at best makes light of an abhorrent crime; at worst, it emobldens and enables pedophiles to carry out there depravity.
