My local used tire shop takes care of me and my buddy has a mount and balance machine. Considering all I have is kyb's and eibach's, Im suprised how well it handles. Oh and, 35/22 sway bar set. I want to order a cage, watts link, SFC's and LCA's from MWC today...maybe some bumper supports and get a line on some road race coilovers from QA1
Unless something has changed recently, QA1 doesn't offer "road race" shocks/coilovers for these cars, only non-gas charged drag shocks that some people will market as a "handling setup", which couldn't be further from the truth.
If you are interested in adjustable height coilovers you could look into some custom valved race bilstiens from unbalanced engineering, or some penskies, or some Koni SA's from stranoparts with a ground control sleeve kit (should be the most affordable option).
Also on a side note, I hope the LCA's you bought don't have poly bushings...

Thanks for the info JD. I was told QA1 can custom valve shocks per customer. Guess they were wrong. Rod end LCA's. The penske's are nice but cost as much as the KW V3 and don't bolt on. Who sells ground control anymore? I'll hold off on coilovers till next season, just learning this year. The car started life as an auto V6 POS, this is a huge upgrade for where it was going in life

Agreed. I care about my car to much to beat around with it like that constantly. However, a corner or two here and there cant hurt

The same goes for the 1/4 mile and if that happens you either repair the car or move on

Ive seen that LT1 vid, Germany I think? Great stuff!! Drifting @ Turner field in Atlanta is officially dead. Condo owners got a law passed that banned it. The organizers are looking into other venues, Im pursuing Road A since I work there, and next weekend Ive have a driveway session at a friends house. Photo shoot and vidz to come. Still no go pro yet, got an in car setup though, like the LT1 above. The driveway will be a before and after test once I add all the MWC parts and coilovers
