Does your dyno usually read high or something? I thought they were supposed to make 550 at the flywheel. Either way, it's a shame such a nice motor goes into such an ugly car. Would love to swap one into an e39 m5.

I think those cars are way underrated. Assuming a generous 15% loss that's 610 flywheel horsepower. In reality, the drivetrain loss is probably 18% or so which means it's making 625 stock which explains how it keeps up with an 800+ lb lighter z06 in a 1/4 mile.

we have had a couple cars be within 1 tenth and 1 mph between the dyno and the track if you can control tire spin on both instances.
