Good catch. I think that was just for this episode as well. 2009 wouldn't be the 60th anniversary. Plus I don't think tinted headlights are legal?

LISTEN DAMNIT! "It's the track version of GM's top of the line sports car", meaning it's the track version of the Corvette(GM's top of the line sports car), which I would agree with. The ZR1 is more of a *****-out high HP car than it is a track focused car, while the Z06 was made to take corners to. Yes, the ZR1 will go around a track damn good too, but the Z06 is at worst even with it with 133 less HP. It's like the Boss Mustang vs the GT500.

I never understood the reason for doing all the upgrades to have a 100k z06? Than why not just buy the zr1? I would much rather pay 60k for a base z06 that is pretty much as fast as the carbon ****

Someone on another forum pointed out that this is more than likely just for the Top Gear use, not an actual police car. I wonder if they just wrapped a 60th edition Z06 and through some lights on it, doubt they actually painted a brand new Z06.

Last I checked, a 1050cc is a liter bike.

Those Speed Triples are sexy.

Maybe they have different versions of the triples but when I went to their site it said 675cc. I have raced 600's, 750's, and liter bikes and know the difference pretty well

I see. You are referring to the Street Triple. The bigger bike in this video is the Speed Triple. An awesome bike.

It's not what most would call a liter bike though, they are pretty much always referring to the super sport 1000cc bikes. The speed triple is more like a 600cc super bike for speed/acceleration, while a super sport 1000 would flat out embarrass the Triumph.

I'll agree with that.

Yeah, when he gets in right before they race, you can see the car was yellow to begin with.
