Default My newest project - 1990 Ford Bronco

I finally picked up my 1990 Ford Bronco from Massachusetts. It needs some work, but overall I think it's going to be a great truck to start out with. It has about 160k miles but its pretty clean.

It will be getting a new engine over the winter. I'm not sure if I want to do a 351 yet, but it has the 5.0 and it will be getting a lift as well.

I'm excited. It's my first ford vehicle and I can't wait to start tearing into it.

They are great trucks, but remember that the twin traction beam front has its limitations for lift. Built 460's go right inside it also.

Looks like you're gonna be busy and short on space. I'll be by to pick up either the Z or Formula...you know, to help you out.

LOL! Good question.

Z06 is getting a 408.
Formula is getting the Z06's old setup
Bronco is getting new suspension/engine swap.

The Z06 and Formula werent going to be used in the winter anyways.

I'm hoping to be able to do the bronco in small stages. It runs/drives. Just leaks oil very bad. I can drive it for now, buy everything, then just go ham over a week with it.

Thats the plan anyways. If not, I can borrow my roommates van for a bit.
