You sure there is a 408 in there

head and cam ls1's have been running mid 11's for well over 10 years now. We now have bolt on ls1's running mid 11's

If you avg, the majority of builds on this forum , you'd begin to realize .. 11 sec cars are the majority .. 10's are not all that common.. Lots of junk out there running around..

I think his best pass was 11.4-11.2 on motor, never got a clean nitrous pass. Car is heavy with it being a vert and 9 inch car.

That still is not good enough. There are stock cube cars doing that and those guys drive them everday to go to work. Something is definitely wrong with that combo. At the worst it should be a 10.80-10.90 car.

As for weight my car has a 12 bolt, full interior A/C and all with a ported 241 head and 230/240 cam went 10.98 at its best, it is a consistent 11.15 car. Drove it work and around town. Car weighed 3425 with slicks and skinnies and no driver. You can add the 100-125lbs for being a vert but it still shouldn't be a 11.20-40 car.

Eh, weight and traction are a big factor. Probably knocking on 1000lbs heavier than the 240, and him trying to spray it out of the hole on a 30 something degree night isn't going to play well. Made 540rwhp on motor, and 64x on the 100 shot but no dyno for the 150.

540 rwhp still don't equal mid 11's at the track.

What was the best 60ft at the track? Bet he runs radial at the track with a 6 speed? Bet his mph is good though. Radials, shitty 60ft= no 10 sec pass.

You're right, I forgot everyones car runs to within 100% of it's potential 100% of the time.
