He prob didnt even know the 1st one flew off, When one on mine blew off I didnt notice till about 1 min later.

I can see how people would forget to latch them....I don't lock mine, but I latch them, but I think I'll start to lock them too, **** would have probably happened to me then I would ahve been the dumbass...

I don't see how locking them is going to prevent them from flying off. If they're gonna go ther're gonn go. But what do I know.

my parents used to have a 80's model firebird and they were drunk driving and got hot so at 80 they let the ttops go lol

Thats his T-Top? that was his fuc*** T-Top !!!! lofl thats Crazzy thats why i always lock my T-Tops one time it did want to airborne good thing the Red Light Stopped it it would of cost some damage to the guy Behind me!

We had T-top 'fly the coop' at our track rental a few weeks ago...

It was prolly the 4th time I've seen a t-top go bye-bye at the track...
The drivers claim they were latched..maybe..maybe not...
Thats just a terrible thing to have happen. I've heard some folks claim that it was body flex that causes them to take to the wind. If thats the case..some SFC's should help out..

Yea guys loosing a t-top sucks. I lost my driver side tonight!! I'm so pissed off right now. Steady chillin at about 80 on the express way because a van wouldn't get out of the way for me to punch it. I gave up and was just going to drive "normal" and for a split second i checked my cell phone and next thing i know... whoosh, t top was gone.

I had no idea what to do so i pulled into a gas station and my friend went to go get it, but it was in a million pieces.

Def. not something i wanted to spend $400 on!!!
