Default Well I'm Officially H/C/I

I'm H/C/I still gotta get the nitrous installed & get it tuned up! But damn it feels good finally getting this done! Anyone that knows me its been a 4-6 year process..

Driving this thing around insane... Especially when I had to drive it from Hayward to Campbell. Took it to In N Out right after the install & lets just say I set a lot of car alarms off, had people covering their ears, some mad & some drooling. Then lots of the engine cutting out at the traffic lights or low mph. After driving it on the highway I was deaf when I got home lol. Already pissed off a couple neighbors. I need to take it to an exhaust shop to get my Y pipe connected to my new headers. Shooting for low 10s!

Whats everyone's thoughts on gears? Right now I have 3.89s but Tick Performance suggests 4.10s or higher...

Congrats! Love those wheels. I assume this is a 6-speed, and if so I'd leave the 3.89s alone unless it will be a dedicated n/a track car only

Very nice, looking into the same wheels for the Vette.

Thanks! Yea its a M6. But I do plan to do a lot of track times hopefully & definitely a lot of street racing here & there. Probably get it finished up then see what it will do at the track & go from there.

Congrats! Working on buttoning my H/C/E on my Catfish this spring as well - mine has been down even longer

Hoping I have my cam sensor issue figured out with my new timing chain (think I needed to shim the double roller I removed).

Thanks man! & nice what set up you going with?? Yea I think I'm actually going to go back & put timing into mine. Tick recommends doing it so

I just have some cheap old Patriot heads, BTR custom grind, Jesel 1.85s (what a PITA, but got them for cheap), and full Kooks exhaust.

My SLP double roller should have been shimmed upon closer inspection (didn't come w/shims) so I went with a billet timing single set, and a Hinson C7R seamless chain.

Just an LS6 intake for now. Needs to get running and dyno'd before I can justify any more money on a Fast or MSD intake - and not sure I can be bothered with a stock bottom end.

Congrats again on the build. Crossing my fingers I can post up a similar video and some actual street/track footage later this summer
