Camaro SS Vs ZO6

Hey guys,

Ran a friend of mine. He has a Camaro SS LS1 with borla exhaust. It was all in fun.. Vid came out pretty nice..

LS1 with Borla Exhuast vs LS6 with Halltech Intake and GHL exhaust.

Tires planting the 2-3shift..

I used to lay them when I would powershift on motor. I just dont powershift anymore because I am trying to SAVE the clutch. Since the nitrous install the clutch is getting week fast..

GM has a TSB on that clutch, my bud with his '02 M.Y. Z06 just told me...might be worth checking out.

Do they really? I didnt think it was for 03's too?

Well the clutch holds up great on motor. That squeek is definetly the tires. It doesnt "squeek" from 3rd to 4th no matter how hard I shift.
Listen to the vid. You can hear the tires "CHIRP"

If the clutch lets go Ill just replace it, I dont think I can deal with warranty anymore.

Yea, I know it is the tires chirping. I just thought I'd let you know there is a TSB from GM on the Z06 clutches, not sure which year.

Come on now... I can chirp 4th...

With a brand new clutch and bald goodyears

but yeah... it wasn't even close. Had to be either a 98 or 99 too...
