Some shirtless dude being filmed out in some city, rambling on about how he owns a block for 10 years or something... then says, something like "Watch this", walks away picks up a crow-bar, and starts wailing on this lady's new PT cruiser while she's in traffic waiting at a light. Busting windows, lights, dents all over the place.

As I recall, someone did try that in Texas once. Down by Tyler or somewhere, then a couple of guys went to prison for leaving body parts spread across like 5 miles of country road...and a bloody rope tied to their bumper.
