lol, that's awesome it's an r/c plane with a lawnmower body, at the top of the handle bar there's a wing and mid-way down u see the other rear wing. At the front u can see the engine and propellar and i'm sure the deck of the lawn mower is a wing in it's self to create lift.
And the rear tires (which are really thin if u look when it turns) more than likely act as rudders.
It's amazing what someone can do with r/c plane wood and a couple of servos.
I love stuff like that. Awesome find.
I did some searching and here's the website http://www.flyingthingz.com/
they have other really cool flying things on there (car, snoopy dog house, wicked witch, etc.) most with videos.

I knew the design was what created the lift, but the looks of it make you wonder how it really works. There was definatly a lot of physics that went into that design. Thanks for the site, I didnt even think to look any further.

Hah! Yeah, those have been around for about 15 years now at least... I always wanted to see one fly. The thing flies nice!
The pictures I've seen of them, show the deck of the mower as large wing. this one has those side pieces between the fake wheels, so you can't see the wing shape. The controlling surfaces are on the back of the "wing". (It's basically a flying wing with decorations). The motor and prop are mounted up at the front there...
