Default Farm truck in midland

I'm not proud or anything. I just thought I would share this. In a couple of weeks we are going to jet up and add a hundred pounds to the bumper.

Damn that thing is quick, even with the rear end floating around like that off the line.
Another vehicle that makes mine look like crap.

Nice truck dude. Welcome to the site. That thing is a sweet car. You get a lot of bets? That thing looks like a sleeper no offense. It sure will run though.

Thanks for the nice welcome. Yes I was going for the sleeper look. Yes I made some cash that night. West Texas Raceway Park really doesn't want to see me back until I get a little safety equipment. So within a month or so I'm going to put in a roll bar, add a hundred lbs to the rear bumper, & jet up. Maybe I'm crazy but I thought 10.62 was easy so I'm shooting for a 9.90 next time out. I have a couple more videos to follow soon. Thanks Marc

Long story short... The previous pass I ran 11.18 @ 125.00 That was on 15 psi on my et streets. I came back to the pits, lowered the pressure to 11 and put in a warm bottle. I was having problems pitching fan belts all night. I was comming back to the staging lanes and purged the nitrous (through the motor) and pitched the belt again. The Orange ford truck was waiting for me. He talked me into racing him without the belt. After I did my burnout and staged the temp gauge was at 190. We launched and at 1000' I noticed my temp gauge was pegged out so I clicked off. I really think that if I would have made a full pass it might have gone 10.50 maybe better. I'm not allowed back out at the track until I add a roll bar. I'm really looking forward to adding 100 lbs to the rear bumper and bumpung up the nitrous 70 hp (250 shot) and seeing if the old beast will run 9.90. I will put up the 11.18 pass in a minute. Thanks for the interest. Marc
