They never were my cup of tea either and I still don,t like the sound. I found this car in mint condition and wanted something that was easy to work on and something that would make people say WTF was that. You expect a ls1 or 5.0 to be fast but when a old ugly toyota lays down a 11 or 10 second pass it gets attention.

There are a couple of 0-something blown stangs that run at Mobile Int Dragway, one is a Diablo test car with a whipple, he claims 650ish at the wheels. The other looks stock other than the obvious small pulley. I haven,t talked to him yet but he laid the smack down on the cobalt blue Diablo car.
