Peace

ive seen what some of these cam only lightened ls1, and built lt1's are doing these days, so you never know what to expect nowadays.

I used to have a 99 z-28 a4 with the usual mods, stall etc, 150 of the sauce, and it was nasty ride. In all honesty a cammed out ls1 scares me, cause I know if he has a cam, he probably has the sauce on tap as well, which spells loss for me sometimes.

Good kill broke7, I wish I would have told my ole lady to STFU I'm going to P'cola with Danny and them. Then, me and you could have made a good video as well. Oh well, maybe next time. Again, good kill.

430 rwhp is pretty low for a 383 LT1 car. My old 355 ci LT1 motor made 430 rwhp before I turned it into a blower setup.

I can't open the vid either.

The weight reduction for starters is usually rear seat delete, that is about 34 lbs with the supports. Good set of skinny's and big ones out back, cause of the cobra brakes up front, and IRS tierod we are real limited to wheel and tire combo's. Have to do alot of grinding, and have spacers. Next is seats, depending how uncomfy you wanna get. Then there is always the tubular Kmember.

In the end, light 03/04 will probably tip the scales at 3300-3400 w/out the driver. I guess its all about what you want to sacrifice. I like my AC, and nice seats, leather etc. So im not ready to go down that route yet. Might do a good set of wheels soon, but im staying all streetcar mannored now.

I was there. The LT1 car is a 383/6spd that put down 416 before a 4in mufflex exhaust and lighter flywheel. 430 should be pretty close now. The car will haul *** for an NA ride, but will have the jug on it on its next apprearance. That should turn the tables alittle.

BTW......Broke, you don't have as much weight over the Camaro as you think. Did you see the size of Cedric! My man is about 280! Gets yall pretty close!

its a strong runner no dought either way you put it, and on the jug its probably just out right nasty, It will be a good run either way if we can both hook up. I may come on the ET Streets if the weather doesnt warm up at all, or drop the nitto's way down.

I bet my car in streetweight, had a full tank that night "drove all way from crestview" was getting close to 3950 or so.
