I wasn't trying to start a flame war by saying he was trying to KILL the kid on the bike, my point was if your trying to inflict harm by use of a car would be considered manslaughter no matter if you intended that or not.

I read the thread on ogrish.com and no one could ever provide any proof of the fatality. So I did a little general searching on google and pulled up a thread on Broadbandreports.com forums. This was the most significant post I found on any kind of report of what happened. They said it was from somethingawful.com, I did not take the time to look over that site for more info
I can believe this because people have survived worse. I think the early claims of fatality (on Ogrish.com for example) were because of how severe it looked, and for more traffic to the site.

he had both sides of his jaw broken, 5 missing teeth, broken nose, and also the to jaw bracket that holds the front teeth in, and his eye got cut
(Paul's AIM): he was hospitalized in the university of chicago childrens hospital and he had to have lots of surgery
(Paul's AIM): also the back of his skull was cracked and they had to stop the bleeding before anything
(Paul's AIM): in his brain

Well I see that there are more than a few who frequent ogrish. I dont know why I go there but it makes me mad when I see the beheadings. They did say that the kid died but then again this a propoganda site of sorts.

First time I had been there was after Hot02ss mentioned it. I read the whole 10 page thread about it and another 3 page thread. Although there were many people asking for proof, neither one had any links to hard proof. What I posted was the best I could find or have seen for that matter. I dont usually check out sites like that, I've seen Rotten a few times before, but I spend most my time on LS1Tech.
And those beheadings are SUPPOSED to make you mad.

I look at it this way...at least the tax payers won't have to pay for a lengthy trial and have to keep paying to feed and house him after he's convicted for murder or attempted murder.
