help - my computer won't open any vids! I have media player and winamp. Every www.xxxx.wmv or mpeg I click just goes to a can't display page error.
How can I see these vids posted?

oh - by the way - at work my computer does open media player and downloads on a left click to the links. But always no suitable decompressor or something. So why does my home pc not try to open a media file?

don't have "paint", won't paste onto word, powerpoint or in here, so here's a dragged copy:

It could be the MIME types. That's what tells Windows what program to launch to run a file extension. I would reinstall Windows Media Player and see if that fixes them.
