I turned 18 last Monday on the 21st, when are you 18? No track times yet, soon though, whenever the weather around here shapes up a little. I'm gonna slap on some LT's here soon, then get dyno'd and tuned.

Hmmmmm.... I am confused here. Nice vid btw. My confusion is what gears do you have??? My 1st gear is identical.. however, my 2nd gear reaches near 80+. WTF? I have a 00 SS M6 with SLP Auburn diff and code says 3.42's???

 

Nice to see people my age being into these kind of cars, I hate watching them ride around in civics or mustangs with cocky attitudes thinking they are fast.

If you look at the in-car 0-100 mph run, I shift out of second at about 70-75 mph, so I think there may not be a difference? Dunno?

i'll be 20 in june, but i've loved muscle cars since i was about 6. I went to a car show with my dad and saw a 69' pro-street camaro pull out and do a wheel stand on a 3 lane-highway and from then on i was hooked.

My brother is 15, and he's the same way.

I think a big factor is money, i'd go to Camaro meets, but i'd get my *** handed to me all day long lol v-6 turd isn't exactly a beast.
But if i had the money it would be way different. I'd be hell bent on building an actual shop equipped with a dyno and the works to modify f-bodies from the tires up till i wore my fingers to the bone, then i'd put band-aids on and keep at it.

A lot of guys i know that are into imports say it's all they could afford, and then they got sucked into it because of the import craze vibe... kinda like everyone knows smoking weed and drinking till your teeth tingle is retarded as hell, but the party vibe draws you in, and rather addictive...sooo why the hell not? Your having fun so who cares what others think lol
