The speed was edited. None of the moves are in real-time.

Hmmm... Now that I look at it again, I'm starting to doubt myself. Maybe we do have a new Bruce Lee I could have sworn the moves were edited in speed because of the extremely fast up and down motion of the arms, which seem to be as fast as the back and forth motions. I watched it in the wee hours of the morning so I'm gonna to have to retract my statement and say this is one quick ****.

with the right editing software they could of just sped up certain parts to appear real.

If he can move that fast I'd be on the ground before I even got a chance to react.

If that's how fast he is, then DAMN, but if you look at his feet when he's moving his hands, it does look like it was speed up.

So after some further analysis and a friend's help, it appears as though only a select few of the moves have been speed edited. There are two or three moves where it is pretty obvious.

I'd say certain parts were speed up. The guy he's "fighting" doesn't move much, there is a reason. And in the first part where he does kinda move he looks likes hes moving really slow/weird/ackwardly. Did this so he would appear to be moving real time after speeding up the film.

It appears to be American Kenpo Karate, or a variant of it. Depending on the level of training and skill, many Kenpo stylist can indeed move that quickly A very effective close quarters combat system.

Here's a little quote from a Kenpo T-Shirt I have:

American Kenpo:
(American, Nation of Origin;
Ken-Fist, Po, Law)

Created by Edmund K. Parker,
KENPO is the Utilization of economic motion,
Proper body mechanics, timing, anatomical knowledge and the use of theories, principles and concepts of motion.

The end result becomes the ability: TO HIT A GUY SO MANY TIMES HE CAN'T HOLD ALL THE PLACES THAT HURT!! (lol).

I really don't think any of it was sped up. The guy he's fighting is the target. He's not supposed to fight back. He's what we call the "dummy" or in Japanese, the Uke' or reciever of technique.

He's the one the proper strikes or techniques are demonstrated upon. His job when training with a partner (not the instructor necessarily) is to dummy the effect of the strike on his body. Otherwise, you'd really have to strike him to get the desired result .

Keep going through Uke's like that
