Here is the only site I found on a quick google search with 96+ MR2 Turbo times:

14.7 in the 1/4 mile.
Dont bother posting a video, there is no proof that the car is 100% stock. Try something like a website database.

Now if the 12.1 driver had a .805 or worse RT and the 12.9 car had a .005 RT or better, the slower car would win cause the 12.1 driver couldn’t cut a light.
EDIT: That sounded like a damn math lesson or something... sorry.

Right, but if you're racing somebody heads up that you're TRYING to beat and you cut a .255 light, you need to be slapped lol.
And I wasn't saying a 12.9 car can't beat a 12.1 car, because it can...It depends on all too many variables.
Ie: Shitty reaction time + no traction for 12.1 car = 12.9 car beating 12.1 car.
But comparing ET's which, is what I was doing...12.9 is a big gap from 12.1 IMO...

Jspec mr2's come with a 245-255 hp.
Now you tell me, with rear wheel drive, mid engine and 2700lb curb weight they can't run mid 13's?

The numbers sound right, but I have still yet to see proof.

There are in abundance. You can pick up a gen 3 motor for 3000 plus installation. Trust me I know. I have had 3 mr2's that push in excess of 400hp and 1 with 572 at the wheels.

Greenbullit. You drive a volkwagen jetta. Voted #1 female car. LOL. That SCION looks pretty impressive sitting next to your VOLKSWAGEN.
"Mullets"
Please dont bash an American Icon that way. F-Body drivers come in all shape and sizes. Doctors, Lawyers, Law Enforcement, Businessmen, ETC. Do you know why because it is a Culture.
People drive Volkswagen to commute and save gas, thats all.
Oh by the way more chicks drive volkswagens. I would much rather have that SCION or CIVIC for that matter. LOL

Personally it isnt something I would build, but I'm not going to hate on the guy for building it. He is one of the FEW people that can say I have a 12 second scion, how many of us can say we have 12 second camaros/firebirds?
