My friend put a GT-40 crate motor in his 86 with all the bolt ons through a 5 speed and put down 234rwhp(everyone said it would put down 300). Some motors just arent dialed in well and others just are crap. Regardless, nice kill on the stang. Someones got to be faster!

that sounds about right for a GT40 crate motor.

I'm sure wouldn't cut it against a 400RWHP car, regardless of the weight difference. The 347cu displacement.....requires a proper combo TFS High ports, Victor Jr or Brodix heads, custom cam, 10-11:1 compression would be a good start. Like its been said a crate motor combo is a joke! 
And somebody needs to teach pony boy how to drive from a dig.. looked like the dumbass was tryin to dig some ditches back there!! haha
