I'm not going to go see the new movie....its not the Dukes of Hazzard.
The cast is all wrong and the characters have all changed. Its all wrong.

Even Cooter from the original show says to stay away:

They also killed 20 more Chargers. Those cocksucking pieces of ****.

Why in the **** could they not have used models or CGI? There was a mag article (forget which one) that was talking about Chargers and the movie and said that there are not 20 fewer Chargers in the world.

Me and my wife aren't going to see it either. Ben Jones (Cooter) wants all the fans of the original show to boycott it. They did a fine job of screwing that movie up for sure.

And don't forget Burt Reynolds as Boss Hog and Willie Nelson as Uncle Jesse. What were they thinking?

Cooter says the new movie makes a mockery of the "family friendly show", but, "from what I remember… didn't the Duke OF Hazzard consider drunk driving, bootleging, running from the law, fighting, shooting at people, wreckless driving, prostitution, and stealing normal?"

That old cast memeber from the dukes of hazard was on all the tv stations talking about banning the movie. But he also said the orginal cast members wanted to be in the movie but the producers didnt think they fit into the movie. I think he's just pissed because his old *** isnt in the movie. And he couldnt get close to Jessica Simpsons ****.

So, in other words, you've never been a fan of the show. Assuming you've ever actually seen it at all.

He's right about what they are doing to the movie. They are ******* it up. They are ignoring the basis of the show and turning the characters into a bunch of idiots. It's disgusting.

I'd bet money he was hoping his presence would have allowed him to guide it toward a better representation, but the fact that they snubbed him and the others just re-inforced the idea that they want nothing at all to do with the show and instead want to put out the steaming pile of crap they assumed people would be dumb enough to buy.

This pile of horseshit will not be getting my money. I may look for pics of the General Lee online; but I will not be paying to see this abomination.

The casting for this movie is horrible. All based on who's popular or who will draw the most attention at the box office.
I'll wait for it to hit cable.

the original show was pretty lame, and the movie seems like it'll be worse... but Jessica simpson will save it
