I guess that is pretty solid for 6.5lbs of boost. The area under the curve is a little weak IMO.

We're definitely a tough room! It's hard to impress a guy who owns these:

some of you want it to have a little more power. and for the money maybe it should, but you all know the ls2 has 11 to 1 compression.

hard to push boost with it that high' and this kit is designed for a stock gto.

I've been in stock LS1's with 16psi and TT's making 640rwhp and run 10.70's and trap 129mph.

Okay, there's no doubt that the video is suspect. I'll even say it sucks.

But, come on, that car is nice, has a unique set-up (there aren't that many tt GTO's around), and has amazing potential. Some of you are spoiled.

What does a car have to have to post a vid of it here? 700 rwhp and above?

When my PTK kit goes in, stock internals will limit my rwhp to the same numbers, ~500 rwhp. I'd be looking forward to posting a video of it since it had taken me over a year to save up for all the parts, but after reading this thread, maybe I'll be keeping the video for my own close group of friends, instead.

I'd hate to get these comments if the car was mine, especially after hard-earned money spent. Not that I'd care what people think anyway, but if I'm not going to get anything positive, why waste the time in front of the computer to upload something people don't want to see?

Come on guys, that's a nice car and a pretty rare (at least for now) set up.

Seems like the GTO has plenty of power to me. He also must get tires cheap too.

I'd never let him hit my mom, but if he gave me that car, I'd be a little tempted.

Then my mom would hit me.

Good.

Now, while you're at it, close the window with the LS1tech URL's, too.

Stock LS1 means stock compression too. I could be wrong
about him running 16lbs...maybe it was 15. Either way, you
get the idea. I'm not saying that the motor would hold
together for ever like that, but it never let go to the best
of my knowledge.

Here's the car. He's now a LS1Tech sponsor (Stenod Performance).

Dan, Stenod's motor was bone stock with the Incon kit. It never let go. Joe since sold the turbo kit and put a cam in it. Here's a street video of it.

At full weight and 600+ HP that car was a riot. Kevin's car on the other hand is insane in comparison.

No doubt that's a crazy car!

But, wouldn't you rather have a stock internals LS engine with 500 rwhp?

I mean, let's say when I finish my turbo kit I post it up and tell you guys, "I got a stock motor with 15 psi. Check it out." Would you really be impressed by that set-up, one more capable of breaking? Not certainly, but a good chance, I think. To me that car is cool 600 hp and stock motor. I'd never build my car that way. I'd rather have this GTO... If we're talking about stock internals and compression, of course. Either way, cool vid.

Thanks for fixing the pic Derty. Maybe Livernois' server went down for a few mins or something.

Joe took me for a WOT blast down Trowbridge over near Livernois. It moved out nicely. Obviously Kevin's car is in another league, but Joe's **** pretty solid.
Very impressive on a stock longblock. He's nuts for doing it, but impressive
none-the-less.
