WITH A 200 SHOT OF N2O, this was with a 5-speed!!!!!!! ******* FASTA dog box has no clutch....

Any manual gearbox still requires a clutch.
That doesnt mean you still use it when shifting. Like motorbike gearboxes, which are also dog engagement, you do not need to use the clutch when shifting up gears. You do use it when shifting down though.
A dog box is designed for flat upshifts.
