Z06 brand new with out any mods at all, the evo is full loaded with about
30g spent on the mods it self .in that race the evo boost was set to 1.8bar but he can pump it up to 2.2 bar .but no way for him to race more then 1 km as max due he will run out of gears.

Good race and a good video! That Evo sounds and looks like a screamer!
That's what happens when one car hooks and one car spins. Lost it at the line... The Evo driver probably has a ton of seat time compared to the driver of a new Z06. All things to factor, and the Z driver didn't and lost.
The Evo is fast, but the race may have been closer or even a different outcome if the Z would have had a better launch. Street tires suck with that much power, the Z driver should have known what was going to happen againist an AWD.
Once the tire market comes out with DR's in the new Z06 size, watch out!

Well, it doesn't look like the Z06 was catching up. The farther the cars get away it will look closer then what it really is. Also I don't think the Z06 driver was a bad driver at all. I bet he had a Z06 before he bought the new one. Besides he most likely launched with tracion control on. Just my point of views.
