Video Clips-to-iPod... how? Can somebody please offer a simple (as possible) explanation for getting a video clip off the net onto my iPod video???

OK, so if I get QT Pro, is it pretty cut-and-dry to take a clip off the net and convert it and "Pod" it???
Sorry to be such a bother, but I really don't want this thing to become a glorified walkman, I want to use it to at least a good bit of it's full potential!
