I hear what your saying and u make alot of good points. Its really a preferance on what each person likes. But, I will say this, I believe that the 06 Z06 has donr what the 03 Cobra did as far as the streets go!

Amazing video, but damn I really coulda done without the gay *** music in the beginning.

Anywho, The C6 Z06 debate vs SRT should be dead. The SRT, given equal drivers, will never win. I have spoken to atleast a half of dozen SRT/C6 Z owners and they ALL agreed that the C6 Z is the faster car. We have seen videos of Z racing, dynos of the car, ET's and trap speeds. It is obvious that the C6 Z is just the quicker car. I mean, How can it not be? Lighter, more power, more rpms, and better aero.
Anywho, I get my C6 Z in March (Thought it says June in sig) and I will be racing a few Vipers and I am willing to bet from a 60-150 punch, the Viper will be atleast 3 cars back. Stay tuned.

The Mach One weighs 3450, the Viper 3400. The Viper has 450ish HP at the rear wheels whereas the Mach One has 400 hp at the rear wheels. The Mach One has a 3.55 final drive ratio and the Viper has a 3.07 final drive ratio. The Viper does pull on the Mach One although only slowly. Seeing as both cars are stick and kicks, it seems that the viper driver was just a poorer driver.

i really dont care what anyone says about price difference between the 06 Z06, and the 03-04 cobra's, the Z06 is a supercar, the cobra is a DOHC 4.6, that wont make the power without the blower.
That is just how i feel. Now i know you cobra guys will come back at me, and ur **** may be faster than mine, and thats f*&king cool to me!!
The cobra is a good car, i'd just rather build an LSx motored car first.
