i cant get the avatar to work, i tried making it a little smaller but it screwed the color and wont rotate

Those 360 pictures would be cooler if they wernt going so fast... Is it possible to slow them so you can actually see the car?

I am working on it. the size limit is 20000 bytes. the avatar i made for you is around 40k i think
